One payment. No auto-renewal, no card kept on file, nothing to cancel.

You pay once for the period you choose. Nothing renews by itself and we never store your card. When your access ends it simply ends — your attempt history stays where it is, and you can buy again whenever you want.

What every plan includes

  • The full multiple-choice bank — 4,052 questions across 24 topics from the official accreditation bank for Лечебное дело.
  • An English translation of every question and every option, kept alongside the original Russian.
  • A glossary of the Russian medical terms used in each question, specific to that question.
  • A written explanation of why the correct answer is correct.
  • The situational task bank, with the same English support.
  • Practice mode: browse by topic, untimed, with feedback after each answer.
  • Mock tests in the real format — 80 questions, 60 minutes, Russian only, 70% to pass.
  • Full English review after every mock test, on everything you got wrong.
  • Access on any device with a web browser. Nothing to install.

The plans differ only in how long your access lasts. There are no tiers, no add-ons and no separate charge for features that arrive after you buy — every plan is the same product.

Refunds

There is nothing to cancel. You are never charged again, so there is no renewal to stop and no cancellation fee to avoid. Access runs for the period you bought and then ends.

If you pay and find AkkredPrep is not useful to you, email us within 3 days and we refund it in full. You do not need to justify the decision.
