Delivery policy

AkkredPrep is a digital service. There is nothing physical to ship, and no delivery charges apply.

When access starts

When your payment is confirmed, access to your subscription is activated on your account immediately and automatically. In almost all cases this is instant; if payment confirmation from your bank is delayed, it may take up to a few minutes.

How you access it

You access the service by logging in at akkredprep.com from any device with a web browser and an internet connection. Nothing is posted, couriered, or downloaded to you as a physical product.

If something goes wrong

If your payment has succeeded but access has not been activated, email support@akkredprep.com with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
